We are experienced in the preparation of designs for projects involving 66kV, 22kV, 11kV, 6.6kV, LV, public lighting and Supervisory/Optic Fibre works.
Our experienced team members can design new indoor substation and kiosk type substations or the retrofitting and upgrading of existing substations. Substations typically range in size between 500 kVA and 8 MVA.

Line Survey
Peracon has an accredited Distribution Line Surveyor in our team.
Other staff are also competent in undertaking general site feature surveys for the purposes of underground and overhead line design. This is a necessary component on most line design projects that we deal with. Peracon utilises innovative techniques and practices in site survey data capture and data import stages to maximise efficiency and eliminate human error.

Underground
We are experienced in undertaking preliminary designs to assess the feasibility of proposed conduit routes, verification of substation point of entries, and confirming feasibility of substation layouts etc.
Peracon staff are highly proficient in undertaking site investigations as part of the design process. These include site survey of poles and ground features such as pits, valves, trees and other obstructions, as well as undertaking Substation Inspections to verify connection details as shown in GIS are correct
